Dr. Eagle is board certified in family medicine and has been practicing in Florida for almost 20 years. He completed his medical degree at Loma Linda University in California and his residency in family medicine at Florida Hospital in Orlando. He and the medical team at Lake Primary Care Associates offer comprehensive primary care services, such as well child exams, immunizations, sports and school physicals, and the treatment of minor injury and illness to residents of Eustis and the surrounding communities starting at birth throughout all stages of life. Dr. Eagle also offers on-site x-rays and labs.
