We use a team approach to provide personalized attention for our patients, emphasizing thorough evaluation to determine whether non-surgical or surgical treatment is best. When surgery is not appropriate, we refer patients to non-surgical physicians for further treatment. Amy Cain, our physician's assistant is very experienced in spinal problems. She evaluates and treats many of our spine patients and assists in surgery. Beverly Yeshion Roetter, our experienced nurse practitioner, works with me in evaluation and treatment, especially pre- and post-surgical care. They speed evaluation and treatment of our patients as they work with and consult with me frequently during our office day.
