As the senior laryngologist specializing in voice, swallowing, and cough disorders in the Hudson Valley region, I have a unique perspective on these disorders. My practice is devoted to all disorders of the throat. This subset of ENT/otolaryngology has developed over the last 2-3 decades to focus on these disorders. With the latest technology for diagnosis and treatment, we have been performing unique treatments at our Institute for Voice and Swallowing Disorders at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Many of my referrals come from other ENTs in the region. I perform many specialized procedures in Westchester that are only performed in specialized centers in the major cities of the US: Office based laryngeal laser surgery, office based injection laryngoplasty, laryngeal electromyography, laryngeal botox injections, laryngeal biopsies, as well as operating room based surgical techniques that are unique to those with speciality training in the field. I care for singers, professional speakers, teachers, and anyone who has hoarseness for any reason. In addition, I help patients that are having trouble swallowing, having difficulty with tracheal issues, and often are told there are no further treatments. Chronic cough is one of my specialties, often helping people that have been coughing for months, years, and even decades to stop coughing.
