Dr. Colin Ruff, a board-certified dermatologist and diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, is a graduate of the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree, graduating first in his class. Dr. Ruff completed his internship at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas. He completed his dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Ruff has many honors and awards including a perfect GPA in both his undergraduate and graduate studies. He has published several research articles in leading dermatology journals and has presented at multiple meetings. Dr. Ruff is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Medical Association, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, and Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honor Society. Dr. Ruff practices general dermatology and dermatologic surgery in our Leawood office.
