Born in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Strnad attended Texas Christian University and the Chicago Medical School. After fulfilling a three-year Internal Medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Medical College, he completed a three-year combined fellowship in Medical Oncology and Hematology at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Strnad is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. He serves as the director of blood and marrow stem cell transplantation for Cancer Care Associates in Tulsa.
