Dr. Charles Larry Campbell received his medical degree from Michigan State University. He then completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at Kessler Medical Center. Dr. Campbell completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease while serving as staff cardiologist at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. Dr. Campbell published numerous scholarly articles in medical journals and was a professor at University of Kentucky and University of Tennessee. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases and heart and advanced heart failure. Dr. Campbell is a member of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), Pulmonary Hypertension Society, American Society of Echocardiography, Lung Transplant Society and the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation. Dr. Campbell treats a wide spectrum of cardiovascular diseases with a special focus in general cardiology and heart failure. Dr. Campbell is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases and advanced heart failure. He also holds additional certifications in echocardiography from the National Board of Echocardiography. Dr. Campbell welcomes new patients and accepts most insurance plans. In his spare time, Dr. Campbell enjoys music and hiking.
