Carol Cislak, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. has many years of experience as a Board Certified OB-GYN. As a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, she focuses on caring for women through all stages of life - from adolescence through pregnancy to menopause and beyond, and has a special interest in natural hormone therapy. Dr. Cislak practices at both our Evanston and Buffalo Grove offices, and cares for patients at hospitals within the NorthShore University HealthSystem (Evanston and Glenbrook Hospitals). She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Denison University and completed her medical school and residency at Northwestern University Medical School.
