Dr. Parsley, orthopedic surgeon, is fellowship-trained in shoulder and elbow surgery. This added education enables him to treat both standard and complex disorders of the shoulder and elbow. In addition to joint replacement and fracture care, Dr. Parsley also treats a wide variety of disorders via arthroscopic techniques including rotator cuff tears, shoulder dislocations, impingement syndrome and elbow problems. He also performs reverse shoulder arthroplasty for patients with longstanding rotator cuff injuries.
A native of Smithville, Tenn., Dr. Parsley now lives in Kingsport with his wife and two children. His interests include golf, fishing and barbecuing.
