Dr. Rolnick is a general Orthopaedic Surgeon with particular expertise in treating shoulder and knee injuries. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Maintaining a successful practice in Plantation for more than fourteen years, Dr. Rolnick remains knowledgeable of the latest techniques and procedures by attending specialty seminars, workshops and national meetings. He also incorporates the latest technology in the treatment of his patients. Dr. Rolnick earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and received his medical degree in 1981 from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He completed his internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed two orthopaedic surgery residencies, one from 1982 to 1984 at Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center in New York city and another from 1984 to 1986 at S.U.N.Y. Downstate Medical Center and Kings county Hospital in New York City. Dr. Rolnick participates in many sports and activities including golf, tennis, sailing and aerobics. He is involved in many community activities including the sponsorship of area little league teams and provides orthopaedic care for these young athletes. Dr. Rolnick is an active member of Westside Regional Medical Center and participates on several committees and review organizations. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association, the Broward Orthopaedic Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
