Dr. Anne Barclay Filler, DDS

Meet Dr. Anne Filler, DMD, FAGD – Windham's Best Dentist! Dr. Filler has been creating healthy smiles for patients young and old in the Windham, NH area since 1985. As a business owner and long-time resident, Dr. Filler has been involved in the Windham community in numerous ways – from sponsoring local youth sports teams and participating in health screening programs at the local schools, through her active involvement with dental care in Community Health Services. Additionally, she is a participant in the National Donated Dental Services program which provides dental services to veterans and qualified individuals.  She works with senior citizens in local nursing care facilities helping to evaluate their dental needs and treatment. She is one of the few dentists in the local area to carry the Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship designation (FAGD). To receive her FAGD, Dr. Filler had to complete 500 hours of continuing education requirement in the various dental disciplines. Lastly, she had to pass a rigorous dental board examination. Currently Dr. Filler is pursuing her AGD Mastership (a designation which involves less than 1% of all dentists). To achieve this prestigious designation, Dr. Filler must log 1,100 approved continuing education credit hours: 400 hours in participation courses where she presents case studies to her peers for critical feedback, and 600 hours in specific disciplines, including soft tissue, aesthetic dentistry, and dental implants. Dr. Filler's pursuit of advanced training in postgraduate courses for implants, cosmetics, and periodontal therapy exemplify her enthusiasm and passion for dentistry. In addition to working in Windham, she also lives in town with her husband and three children and enjoys hiking, bike riding, playing tennis, and relaxing with a book or playing the piano.
