Dr. Sorensen is board certified and fellowship trained in hand and upper extremity surgery and specializes in hand, wrist and microvascular surgery. Her focuses include the treatment of most kinds of problems of the wrist and hand, including fracture care, and nerve surgery. Dr. Sorensen chooses to work at University Health to provide the highest quality of hand care and surgery to all patients. She is also the Program Director for the Orthopedics Residency and enjoys teaching the next generation of surgeons.
