Ajay Thakur, MD, is a board-certified interventional cardiologist. After receiving his medical degree from Indira Gandhi Medical College in Shimla, India, Dr. Thakur went on to complete an internal medicine residency at the State University of New York and a cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University.
