Stephanie Goodson, MS, LPA, HSP-PA is a Psychologist with over 20 years of experience and a mother of two sons. She received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Murray State University and is licensed as a Psychological Associate by the North Carolina Psychology Board. Stephanie developed an interest in helping neurodivergent individuals and their families through her own journey to find quality support for her autistic son. Her education and personal experience have given her a unique ability to understand and connect with her clients. She believes that therapy and assessment should be supportive, accepting, and fun.
Her specialties are psychological and psychoeducational assessments and therapy for a wide range of presenting concerns including:

She uses psychological testing to help clients find clarity and build a foundation for growth and success. By building on strengths, she helps people accept and love themselves as they navigate their path to change.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel, and exploring Charlotte restaurants. She is an avid reader, history buff, and binge watcher of television shows. Stephanie feels a deep connection and satisfaction with her work as a psychologist.
