Nancy Hartman is a native New Englander who came to the Washington, DC area to work on Capitol Hill. She made the move to health care and graduated from the Alexandria Hospital School of Nursing in 1983, and became a Registered Nurse. Some years later, she earned both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Ms. Hartman began a new phase of her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2012. Ms. Hartman has a passion for teaching to help patients optimize self-care and wellness. She lives in Bethesda and can be seen at the farmer’s market all year round.
