I enjoy spending time with my boxer Charlotte and seeing live music.As a dual-boarded physician in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, I bring a comprehensive approach to the way the brain and body interact. I have experience across the lifespan, and work towards recovery of function through adjustment of medication, personal goal-setting and making changes in your life to bring wellness. We often can't control how we feel, but we can change our thoughts and behaviors to get more emotional control. My goal is to make treating depression, anxiety and addictive disorders a normal part of the services our primary care doctors provide.
