Esder specializes in prescribing and managing psychiatric medications for patients who need help with issues including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, insomnia, OCD, and eating disorders.The cornerstone of maintaining good health is psychological health. Esder identifies each person as his or her unique self and takes on a collaborative approach working as partners to achieve optimal mental health. Esder has a genuine desire to listen with empathy, understand each person as an individual, and help identify the client's unique self. Treatment may involve working together in individualized sessions or referrals will be made to other healthcare professionals, if appropriate, to provide the best possible care. This collaborative approach of working as partners is key to achieving optimal mental health.Esder received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and my Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner Specialty from Azusa Pacific University. She trained in psychiatry at urgent care psychiatric facilities including Exodus, Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, UCLA, and outpatient private practices. She is here to work as a team with you to help create personalized and attainable treatment goals to improve your mental health.
