Dr. William McPeake, originally from Loudon, Tennessee, has been with the Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic since 1980. He graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee and completed his medical training at the University of Tennessee Medical School.
After comleting a general surgical internship, Dr. McPeake continued with orthopedic surgical residency at the University of Tennessee. A Foot and Ankle Fellowship with the nationally renowned Roger Mann, M.D. in Oakland, California rounded out his formal training. He became Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 1981.
Dr. McPeake is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
He has been married to his wife, Annie, for thirty-four years and has three children: Will, Adrianne and Molly. He enjoys model trains and gardening with Annie.
