Brief Intro

Caring for patients of all ages with a wide variety of skin problems, from the simplest to the most complex, has been the focus of my many years in practice. I approach each patient as an individual in order to find the treatment that works best for him or her. I am always willing to answer questions; I find that well-informed patients have better outcomes. I received my undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont and my M.D. (with Honors) from Dartmouth Medical School. I then completed two years of Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Wisconsin and a Dermatology Residency at the University of Colorado. Following my training, I returned to my hometown of Milwaukee for 23 years of private practice. I am Board Certified in Dermatology and have served as a past president of the Wisconsin Dermatological Society. I was pleased to join Advanced Healthcare in 2007. My professional interests are broad, encompassing medical and surgical dermatology in adults and children of all ages. My personal interests include downhill skiing, biking, hiking, in-line skating and working with youth. I also enjoy family activities with my wife and visits with my grown daughters.
