I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful members and colleagues. I look forward to working with you to care for your health. Biography After doing my specialty training on the East Coast, I moved to California. I have always wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives, and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity. About my practice I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I am also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health. How I thrive I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of total health, and try to live it in my life every day. I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. I enjoy hiking and camping trips to California lakes and mountains. I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax or read a good novel.
