Brief Intro

Dr. Valerie R. Hemphill earned a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University prior to attending Louisiana State University School of Dentistry from 1989-1993. Along with Dr. Maria, Dr. Valerie graduated in 1993 earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Valerie has been an active member of the New Orleans, Louisiana, and American Dental Associations since 1993, and is a member of the Crescent City Study Club branch of the Seattle Study Club. She achieved additional training in the treatment of TMJ disorder, occlusion and Invisalign® through the Dawson Center. Dr. Valerie participates in Donated Dental Services which assists the needy and disabled through the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped. She's been married to Dr. Philip Hemphill since 1985, and they have five children. Dr. Valerie has and continues to be a lifelong resident of the West bank, residing in Marrero. She is also active in her parish of Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church's stewardship.
