Dr. Kenney attended medical school at the University College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. He completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Kenney is a Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Kenney comes to Decatur County Hospital specialty clinics twice a month and can do several orthopaedic procedures and does carpal tunnel surgery here at Decatur County Hospital.
