Dr. Tom Lorenz joins CRMC with over 30 years of emergency physician experience. Most recently, he provided Emergency Medicine care in Perham, Minnesota and Primary Care in Onamia, Minnesota. Dr. Lorenz graduated from St. Johns University Magna Cum Laude and attended the University Of North Dakota School Of Medicine. His internship was at St. Lukes Hospital in Fargo. Tom is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine. With a passion for medicine, Dr. Lorenz has also put his many years of experience to use as an educator teaching, and was Instructor of the Year twice through NE Area Health Education Center at the University Of North Dakota School Of Medicine. He is past President of the North Dakota Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians and past Medical Director for Grand Itasca Emergency Department. Over the years, he has received consistently high ratings for his care, honored in the top 1 percent for physician satisfaction. Dr. Tom Lorenz was born in Walhalla, North Dakota. He has been married to his wife for 35 years, has four children, and he currently resides in Brainerd.
