Dr. Maffi completed his plastic surgery fellowship training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He joined Dr. Jack A. Friedland, an internationally recognized plastic surgeon in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Maffi also performed facial reconstruction on trauma and burn patients, working with one of the premier facial reconstructive surgeons in the nation. These experiences further advanced his expertise in facial anatomy and the intricacies of facial surgical techniques.
