Brief Intro

Dr. Terrence Murphy was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he completed his medical training and general surgery residency at Dalhousie University. He finished his plastic surgery residency in Boston at the Lahey Clinic, a multi-specialty surgical clinic affiliated with Harvard University. Dr. Murphy completed his training under the tutelage of Dr. Brooke Seckel, a world renowned lecturer and author in aesthetic surgery and, in particular, breast and facial aesthetic surgery. After his plastic surgery residency, Dr. Murphy returned to Canada, where he completed two years in private practice before moving to Denver, in October 1994. He relocated his practice to Swedish Medical Center in October 1996. In 2007, he completed office remodeling to better serve his patients and offer them the state of the art in aesthetic surgical care. The focus of Dr. Murphy%u2019s practice is aesthetic surgery %u2013 specializing in surgery of the face and breasts, with a large experience in body contouring and liposuction. He is the Chief of Plastic Surgery for Swedish Medical Center.
