Teresa E. Clark, M.D., earned her medical degree from Vanderbilt University, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her internal medicine residency at Emory University, with a year of extra training in emergency medicine at University of Cincinnati. Dr. Clark is board certified in internal medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She grew up in Atlanta, and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia. Dr. Clark has practiced in solo private practice in the Piedmont community for over 20 years. She especially enjoys continuity of care, keeping daily office visits available for acute illness as well as preventive and chronic care. Dr. Clark cares for patients in both the hospital and nursing home settings. She appreciates the confidence of her peers in naming her repeatedly as one of Atlanta's "Top Doctors" by Atlanta Magazine. Dr. Clark is married with one daughter. She enjoys noncompetitive running and spectator sports. She actively volunteers her time for the underserved both in Georgia and overseas, especially in Ghana, West Africa.
