Susan McClellan Asch, PhD, MD practices general pediatrics at Stillwater Medical Group, in Stillwater, Minnesota. She received her PhD from Michigan State University, her MD from Case Western Reserve University, and did her residency in pediatric and chief residency in Emergency Pediatrics at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, After a year at NIH in Bethesda MD. She practiced Emergency and Pediatrics in Maine, going to Akron Children's and Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine as Associate Director of Emergency Pediatrics and to St Paul Children's as Director of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, she has been on the American Board of Pediatric Sub-board of Pediatric Emergency medicine, the Executive Council of the American Academy of Pediatric Section of Emergency. She has been National and Regional Faculty of the American Heart Association Regional NRP faculty, Chief of Staff and Chair of Pediatric at Lakeview Memorial Hospital in Stillwater. She continues interest in teaching resuscitation and managing asthma. Recently she has been involved in managing equine sports injuries and complex dysoutonomias such as fibromyolgia, as well as attention defect disorders and anxiety disorders.
