Dr. Fukami has been in practice since 2004. Her office is a 5- doctor private practice in Los Alamitos that includes Dr. Robert Kaplan, Dr. Joel Widelitz, Dr. Rei Tosu, and Dr. Andrea Kallah. All of the physicians are board-certified pediatricians. The office takes almost all PPO and HMO insurance plans. Dr. Fukami's practice is dedicated to providing the best possible medical care to children of all ages. She is bilingual in English and Japanese. Dr. Fukami completed her pediatric training at University of California, Irvine, and obtained additional training in pediatric nephrology before starting her general pediatric practice. She has expertise in early childhood development and preventive medicine.
