Dr. Buck obtained his medical degree from Bowman Gray Medical School of Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina in 1973. After completion of his residency and internship, he became board certified in adult and pediatric otolaryngology-head and neck surgery on October 22, 1978.
He is a member of several professional societies and is very active in the American College of Surgeons, the Medical Society of the State of New York, American Rhinologic Society and the President of the New York State Society of Otolaryngology. He is the Past President of the NYS Society of Otolaryngology and Past-President of the Buffalo Otolaryngological Society. He is a clinical assistant professor of otolaryngology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Buck practices all aspects of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and the treatment of sleep disorders.
