Dr. Kahanic received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Iowa. He is a member of the Iowa Oncology Society and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. He is currently involved in Hospice of Siouxland and the Woodbury County Medical Society. Dr. Kahanic was an associate faculty member in Oncology and Hematology at the University of Iowa School of Medicine. He is board-certified in medical oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
