I am a licensed psychologist with a certification in neuropsychology and have been providing psychotherapy for 20 years. I have specialized in the treatment of eating disorders, self-injury, and trauma for the past 15 years and have also worked with depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, and autism throughout my years of practice. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, though I use a variety of techniques from Gestalt, Family Systems, and Psychodynamic theories to meet the needs of those with whom I work. By identifying maladaptive thought process, the origin and reinforcement principals involved, and altering or interrupting the process, emotional and behavioral changes follow. We are them able to work together to develop one's personal voice and empower growth.
