Dr. Stanton D Widmer

He founded Treasure Valley Endodontics in 2008.  From 2008-2011, he completed a rigorous, voluntary process to become board certified in endodontics.  As of 2011, this was a distinction earned by fewer than 20% of endodontists nationally and by no other private-practicing endodontist in the state of Idaho. Dr. Widmer regularly lectures in the surrounding area to teach dentists endodontic principles and techniques designed to optimize treatment success. Stanton is happily married to his sweetheart, Amanda, and they are the parents of two girls and two boys who enrich their lives.  Stanton spends most of his free time enjoying life with Amanda and their children.  He also enjoys a variety of sports (alpine skiing, basketball, scuba, camping) and musical activities (voice, piano, guitar, trumpet, music composition). Brittni has been our office manager since 2009.  She was born in Nampa, grew up in Caldwell, and is a proud graduate of Caldwell High School class of 2007.  Brittni is majoring in communications at CWI.  She enjoys flying airplanes at the Caldwell Industrial Airport, traveling, and desert sand motorsports with her fiancé, Patrick.  She is also a proud member of the P.E.O. Chapter F, a philanthropic educational organization for women, where she serves as head of the courtesy committee.  Brittni is very personable and is always happy to answer any questions. Shannon has been a dental assistant with us since our opening in 2008.  She was born and raised in Caldwell, graduating from Caldwell High School in 1981.  After continuing her education at Idaho State University from 1981-1985, she returned to Caldwell to work, marry the love of her life, and raise her family.  She has been a dental assistant since 1979 and enjoys helping patients through their dental experience.  Shannon is an excellent dental assistant who enjoys making patients’ time in the dental chair as pleasant as possible.  Shannon is passionate about her hometown and is currently a member of the Caldwell City Council and was a previous member from 1998-2005. Jessica has worked with us as a dental assistant since 2010.  She was born in Emmett, Idaho and graduated from Emmett High school in 2007.  She continued her education by earning a dental assisting certificate in 2008.  She still lives in Emmett where she enjoys riding horses, going hunting with her dad, camping, fishing, and basically anything outdoors.  She also likes spending time with her family and friends and (of course) shopping!  She enjoys helping patients and loves to know she made a difference and kept patients as comfortable as possible. Janeen has worked for us in several capacities since 2008.  She currently serves as our Office Relations Specialist where she coordinates efforts to continually improve our practice based on feedback from patients and referring dentists.  Education has been an ongoing pursuit for most of Janeen’s adult life.  She plans to complete an education in marketing and business management when her youngest child goes to school.  Janeen is happily married and the mother of 4 children.  She enjoys gardening, couponing, cooking and baking, early morning jogs, and reading.  Janeen serves on her local Friends of the Library Board and as the Treasurer for her Homeowners Association.
