Dr. Allen is an Arlington, Texas native and graduate of Arlington High school, as well as Southern Methodist University. He graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1978. Dr. Allen is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Allen has been in practice in Arlington since 1983 where he specializes in General Surgery including cancers and tumors of the skin and breast. Dr. Allen performs surgery at Arlington Memorial Hospital, USMD Hospital at Arlington and Trinity Park Surgery Center. His nurse and surgical assistant is Jason Smith, RN. Dr. Allen is married and has two children.
