Dr. Scott Bello earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and then graduated from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. He completed his internship and residency training in Pediatrics at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Bello earned a Masters in Public Health degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University at Albany School of Public Health in May 2010. Dr. Bello has practiced Pediatrics in Troy for many years, and joined CapitalCare in July 2011. He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and in the subspecialty of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
