Brief Intro

Dr Garg completed his undergraduation and obtained his medical degree in India. He then completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston before moving to Oregon in 1997. [Read More] Dr. Garg worked in Corvallis for a year before joining Pacific Heart Associates in 1998. He specializes in general preventive Cardiology, noninvasive imaging and cardiovascular diagnostic invasive procedures such as angiography. He has a special interest in implantation and follow-up of devices such as pacemakers/defibrillators. He most of all enjoys management of congestive heart failure patients due to their complexity. He enjoys teaching and learning and has been involved in several speaking events both locally and at a regional level. Dr. Garg currently serves as the president of Pacific Heart Associates, PC. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and also watching his son play ice hockey. Last but not least, he feels blessed with his wife and three children.
