Dr. Ryan Flannagan received his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed a residency in plastic surgery at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face and body. He is a member of the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center. Dr. Flannagan is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and joined the active medical staff at Memorial Hospital in 2007.
