Dr. Harris, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, earned his medical degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residencies in pediatric orthopedics, trauma, and foot/ankle at esteemed institutions. Specializing in joint replacements, his expertise covers primary knee/hip replacement, anterior hip replacement, revisions, trauma care, and more. He's an assistant professor at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and a dedicated US Air Force flight surgeon with deployments for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Beyond work, he enjoys family time, travel, and hiking, and is committed to bringing cutting-edge surgical techniques to New River Valley patients.
