Ryan M. Bailey, D.D.S., M.D. Meet Dr. Bailey Dr. Ryan Bailey is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery in Fredericksburg, Virginia. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Illinois State University, he attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry on a Dow Dental Research scholarship. Completion of his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Iowa was followed by oral surgery training at the University of Maryland at Baltimore.
