Dr. Lawson, a board-certified urologist, joined Grand Itasca in August of 2006. Lawson held teaching and leadership positions at the University of Oregon Medical School, was acting chief of urology at the U.S. Veterans Hospital in Portland, OR, and a professor and chairman of the department of urology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He was elected to Best Doctors in America by his peers and has received numerous grants and awards for extensive research in a variety of urological conditions.
