Dr. Shiels has a prestigious background, having received his Bachelor's from the University of Natal and a Master's from the University of Oxford. He completed his Medical Degree at the University of Cape Town as well as a Certificate in Public Health at Harvard University. He fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology, and is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.
