Roseller Libarnes, M.D., joined Fort Madison Physicians & Surgeons in February 2004. Dr. Libarnes relocated to Fort Madison from New Jersey, where he completed his residency at St. Michael's Medical Center, Seton Hall University. Dr. Libarnes is a Board Certified Internist.
Dr. Libarnes is a graduate of the University of The Philippines. He grew up in a family of doctors and nurses in Manila, Philippines. "I was influenced early in life to go into the medical field. I believe it is in man's nature to want to help. I chose to become a doctor because helping people with their medical needs is a significant way to be of service," said Libarnes. Though he decided to become a physician at a young age, Dr. Libarnes is pleased with his decision. "My job is very rewarding when I see my patients get well and I know I played a major part of putting him or her on the road to recovery," concluded Libarnes.
