"Dr. Dahl received his medical degree in 1998 from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated with honors and was a member of Psi Sigma Alpha Honor Society for graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Pinnacle Health System before joining OIP in 2003. Dr. Dahl is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Pennsylvania Medical Society, Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Society, Dauphin County Medical Society and Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society.
