Robert P. Driscoll, M.D. is Board Certified in General Surgery and specializes in General and Laparoscopic Surgery. He graduated with a B.S. from Notre Dame in 1977. He received his M.D. from New York Medical School in 1981. His internship was at Naval Regional Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA and his residency and fellowship was at State University of New York at Buffalo. He has been on the active staff at South Shore Hospital since 1992. He is the Trauma Director and the Chief of the Section of General Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the Boston Surgical Society.
