Dr. Ondash is originally from Youngstown, Ohio, having completed undergraduate and medical school in Ohio as well. He completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, subsequently practicing in Chicago for approximately 4 years. Dr. Ondash has been a resident of Texas since 2004, taking a position with the Veterans Administration at that time, caring for nation’s veterans.
