Dr. Perler holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a Master of Science in Bio-medical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). Do you take insurance? We take Delta Dental's Premier Plan and Cigna otherwise we are a fee for service practice. We provide third party financing through Care Credit. What procedures do you perform? We perform thousands of different procedures. We perform oral cancer screening using Velscope and digital caries detection. Perform surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatment via laser. Zoom whitening, Invisalign tooth straightening, single crowns and onlays in a day via CEREC as well as one visit root canal therapy. We do full mouth rehabilitation, including the placement and restoration of implants Where do you park? The entrance to the parking lot for our medical building is located off of Burling Lane, which is accesible either from North Avenue or Memorial Highway. Parking fee is $3.00. Do you take continuing education courses? As for continuing education courses, although NYS require that I take 45 CE hours every three years, I am a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, which has a higher standard, requiring 75 CE hours every three years and I actually exceed that, taking over 40 hours a year.
