Dr. Noll earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, and earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his surgical internship and residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Following active duty service in the United States Air Force, Dr. Noll came to Ochsner where he completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery. Dr. Noll is certified by the American Board of Surgery. His areas of interest include both the endovascular and open surgical treatment of aneurysmal, cerebrovascular, peripheral vascular, and venous disease. Dr. Noll practices at Ochsner Medical Center on Jefferson Highway.
