Dr. Culpepper was born in Alexandria, Louisiana. He is a graduate of Bolton High School and Louisiana College of Pineville, La. He received his medical degree from Tulane University Medical School of New Orleans, La. He completed his internship at New Orleans Charity Hospital of New Orleans, his General Practice Residency at Huey P. Long Hospital of Pineville, and his Pediatric Residency at LeBonheur Children's Hospital & John Gaston Hospital of Memphis, Tn. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Louisiana State Medical Society and Rapides Parish Medical Society. He is a Staff Member of Rapides General Hospital and St. Frances Cabrini Hospital and Visiting Staff of Huey P. Long Hospital.
