Dr. Rosser is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, the Southern Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association, Sullivan County Medical Association, the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is a public lecturer and published author. Having been a professional physician since 1980, Dr. Rosser began practicing at Pulmonary Associates of Kingsport in 1989.
