Dr. Rizzuti obtained his medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in general surgery at Pitt County Memorial Hospital and his plastic surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center. He received additional training in hand and microsurgery in Louisville, KY. Dr. Rizzuti is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
