R. Anders Rosendahl, M.D., moved to the Austin area after 30 years at the Texas Medical Center in Houston. He was Chief Resident of surgery at Brackenridge Hospital in 1979, going on to advanced fellowship training in head and neck surgery at M. D. Anderson Hospital. He was the chief, section of head and neck surgery at Park Plaza Hospital in Houston for over 20 years, and he has operated in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Sweden. His practice is dedicated solely to thyroid surgery and he recently opened the Thyroid Surgery Center of Texas, P.A. in Lakeway.
