Dr. Regina Lindsey attended undergraduate school at Mississippi State University, earning her B.S. in biochemistry. She studied medicine at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, achieving her M.D. in May of 1986. Her post graduate training was in internal medicine through Methodist Hospitals of Memphis. In November 1993, she opened her private practice in family medicine in Millington, TN, with emphasis on a preventive approach to chronic medical condition management.
